- Your booking will be held for you until midnight on the day of your arrival. In case of a late arrival, please notify us on time.
- The booking may be cancelled without a cancellation fee up to two days prior to the commencement of the service. If the booking is cancelled at least two days prior to the commencement of the services, a cancellation fee of 50 % of the total amount per accommodation unit will apply.
- In case of cancelation of the resrvation up to two days before the start of the service, we make the refund if the accommodation is payed in advance
- In case of "No Show", 100% of the reservation value will be charged
- In case of "No Show", we keep the paid amount for the accommodation
